You constantly lie about bringing back the "Pulled" recipe meal that you said MONTHS ago was being pulled only temporarily, meanwhile you have added other meals instead.

Rest assured, we're working hard to bring Pulled back as soon as possible. In the meantime, we've added some other delicious meals to our menu that your kitty might enjoy just as much. Who knows, they might even find a new favorite! 😻

Portion sizes are convenient, but do cause a lot of packaging waste. Food is great though and was exactly what I ordered. Both cats love their wet food and have shown notable improvement in energy and coat quality.

Rating five stars for the quality of the food. My very picky senior cat liked your food a lot but as little as he eats, it took him 3 days to finish one pack just a few bites at a time. I bought the sample pack but because he eats so little at a time, the monthly subscription is not going to work out for me. If I could buy it just “when I need it” then I absolutely would be a repeat customer. However the subscription-only format will keep me from returning. Thank you.

Great customer service!

The package was not delivered to my door. Therefore, it stayed in an outside locker on property for 5 days. By the time I realized where it was, the food was spoiled. All my money just down the drain. We never had a chance to feed it to our pet. What a waste.

Hey there! We're so sorry to hear about your delivery. 😿 We'd love the chance to make things right, and a Cat Concierge will reach out to you today to set up a replacement order. 💛

My cat loves the food, but there have been problems with it spoiling en route because I live on an island and it takes an extra day or two to get here. I emailed to let smalls know what happened, but I got an automatically generated form response instead of someone actually answering my question. I needed to know whether the food can be packed in a carton that says "perishable" or "please refrigerate" on it, so that it will be refrigerated while it is stored at the UPS pickup location. They sent a free replacement carton, and I think I've been able to resolve it on my end, but it would have been nice to actually be able to talk to a smalls service rep and/or get a personalized email response.

Smalls gives examples of how to introduce your cat to Smalls....well both of my cats needed no introduction. They love Smalls food as much as they like playing with cat toys and getting attention. They being happy makes me very happy.
