I told customer service on 3/20 that my cat doesn't like the food and to cancel any future shipments/subscriptions including the one schedule on 3/21. They shipped a box on 3/21 anyway. I brought this to the attention of customer service, and they made it sound like it was my fault. I'm out $125 for food that my cat won't eat.
