Smalls has an amazing product offering and an even better customer service team. I was already impressed with Smalls before I signed up and I’m very pleasantly surprised with my experience so far. They help you every step of the way and they truly care about you and your kitty cat! Highly recommend!

My senior car loves Smalls. I had gotten to a point with her where she was getting super picky about what canned foods i gave her, and refusing to eat any brand. She was losing weight and getting lethargic. I switched her to Smalls to see if she'd like it and she does! She loves it and always eats every last drop. Now that she's been eating it for a couple months she's pooping better, has more energy to play, and has gained back all the weight she had lost. My holistic vet approves of the formula and is happy we made the switch.

Happy with Smalls except for the small amount of canola oil included in the food. Canola oil is not natural- not safe for humans either. I hope you will replace it with something a cat would get in nature- like real fat🐱

My cats love the food, and it’s good for them which is most important to me. But it is SOOOOOO expensive which sucks.

I cancelled a while ago yet you sent me another package! My cats don't like it. My neighbors' cats don't like it. Stop sending! Send refund and remove my name from Your database!!!

Hey Dawn! Apologies for the trouble here. After reviewing your account, we see that you successfully cancelled your subscription on 3/29. However, we understand that it may not have been clear that cancelling your subscription does not automatically cancel any orders that have already processed which is why we issued a refund! If your kitties don't enjoy the food the best option will be to donate it to a local animal shelter. They're always happy to take donations of high quality food, so they can focus their budget and energy on what's really important - finding homes for the friends in their care. 😺
