My 18yr old kitty has had chronic diarrhea for 2 years. I’ve spent a small fortune on vet visits, numerous medications and other specialty food from the vet, nothing has worked. Desperate to find a solution I researched all of his symptoms and came across smalls. The FIRST DAY on smalls and he had a normal poop! I ran out of the sample before the next shipment arrived and he went right back to diarrhea. Just received my new shipment and once again, first day and he has normal poop again. This stuff is AMAZING! If your aging kitty has gastrointestinal issues, do not hesitate to try this. Expensive but worth it.

Molly really loves her smalls and I really love the simplicity and quality of the ingredients. I'm very particular about the food I put in my body and am so happy to have found a more natural option for her. Smalls doesn't seem to be advertised here in Austin, but my friend in St. Paul loves Molly, saw it on his TV and suggested she might like it and she does! Plus, she's gone from 18 lbs to 16 in the few months she's been eating it (we're still working through her second box) so I'm very grateful for that. We'll definitely continue to keep the freezer stocked for her!

As new customers to Smalls we were impressed with the food and not so impressed with the shipping and customer service… Until I was fortunate enough to have Charlie answer my text. We were concerned because the shipping of our first order was not properly timed to overlap our sample box. This left us having to go back to the food we just transitioned our one year old cat off of and we were worried about how his stomach might react. I went through three customer service reps who did not seem to understand the urgency, clearly hadn’t read all of the information I shared, or did not express sympathy regarding the situation. And each time I was transferred to a new person before there was a resolution. Then Charlie answered. Charlie was exceptional. Having worked in many customer services jobs, this is the level of service I was trained to provide and have come to expect. I could tell by the response I received that Charlie actually took the time to read the screenshots of my previous correspondence. Charlie also seemed to genuinely sympathize with our situation and the expressions of concern, care, and validation were exactly what I needed in a stressful moment. I was also offered very clear instructions about how to adjust our delivery schedule to avoid any problems in the future. Compassion and actionable solutions - these are the things you hope for as a customer. Despite a rough start, thanks to Charlie, we will be sticking it out with Smalls for now. It would be in the company’s best interest to make sure that first orders overlap sample boxes, as new customers are still learning the service and how to adjust shipments. It would also be in the best interest of the company to make sure they don’t lose Charlie, who just saved them these customers and I’d guess many others. Thank you Charlie!

My cat was throwing up her food, I tried many kinds. She loves her smalls food and has not thrown up since starting. The only thing I would change is how it’s packaged. It would be nice if you could close the package to keep fresh.

This is a great concept. Our cat loves the food and it is so easy to store, open and serve. Very happy with this company.

My kittens love this food and I really like how much less it smells than canned for and that it's less messy. The customer service is great too! Very quick and helpful responses.

My kitty loves their dinners! He always reminds me he need more when I get up in the morning. I also give him dry kibble because he seems to eat a lot even though he’s not a fat kitty. He must run it all off cause he’s been so active since I’ve Been feeding him Smalls.

Smalls is a fantastic addition for my little PolkaDot! Dottie came to my family with some health concerns and a poor diet. With Smalls, Dottie is food motivated and I know I'm giving her a well balanced meal without all the other additives. We are on our 3rd delivery of Smalls and Dottie has noticeably more energy, better breath and her potty box is a HUGE improvement! Thank you, Smalls!! We're shouting your name from the rooftops!
