Worth trying
I loved being able to test the products with a sample box and find the ordering and payment process easy to navigate. Only one of my three cats likes the food, but she really likes it and is doing well on it. She has allergies and lost a lot of weight going through a year-long bout of colitis, before I found Smalls. She has recovered and is in great shape, which I attribute a lot to the Smalls recipes' ingredients and quality. So far the quality has been consistent (we've received 3 boxes since the sample box, each 6 weeks apart). The consistency and texture are perfect for her. All of them like the treats, so I'm pleased they come with each shipment. I love the options to donate toys, treats, or food, too. At first I was a little worried about how the frozen food would fare during shipping, but it is solidly frozen even when I can't get it transferred to my freezer right away.
