Professionalism, variety, Great support, but mostly what has happened to my cats. They have much more energy and their coats are shiny!

I love the Smalls food, and all of my cats love the Smalls food- BUT - I do not like they limit your order to 10 cats or less. We do rescue work and every animal that comes our way gets the best of food- but under this current model I have to create another site and subscription for my (over 10 cats)- it is a pain. I also want them to have an actual person I can speak with for questions and not rely on text messaging only :( - that may become a showstopper for me for my 12 if I find another food of the same quality that has better customer service offerings. Other than these "issues" - if you have under 10 and never have questions/concerns where a live person is best- etc.- this food is pretty darn amazing, and the selection of recipes is wonderful.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your concerns. I understand the challenges with managing orders for more than 10 cats and the preference for live customer service interactions. While we do have a limit on the number of cats per subscription, we can work with you to find a solution that fits your needs. As for speaking with a live person, we actually take phone call appointments! If you have any specific issues or questions, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you directly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your kind words about the food and recipes.

Feeding one of my cats Small’s has been a game changer. Before she was constantly throwing up, now she is able to digest her food so much better. I love that she loves it, makes mealtime so much better!

We have used Smalls now over a year. We recently had an issue with the delivery and the Box being damaged when dropped off. Smalls immediately responded with a solution and gave us a percentage off next delivery and were very on top of communicating. It did not deter me from no longer using them. I highly recommend them and a plus is the food doesn't smell and my kitty doesn't have cat breath and litter box cleaning also has no smell. Those two things are a plus for me.

We appreciate your recommendation and are thrilled that Smalls is working well for you and your kitty. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, we're here to help!

I have a 13-y/o Norwegian Forest cat. Don Piano has had all kinds of medical issues in the past, from nasty feline-herpes-eyeball outbreaks to allergy-induced hot spots and urinary tract infections (and everything in between). I've tried all kinds of food and nutrition options for him in the past that the vets recommended (special Purina food, and other prescription add ons...) and nothing worked. When I learned about Smalls, I figured, "what do we have to lose?" and tried it. It took him a day to adjust (he's typically not picky so I was surprised), but once we made the switch, it's been like a 360 degree turn around. He's 13 years old and gets the zoomies like a kitten; his allergies have subsided and his fur is Norwegian-Forest-cat-like again (and less like a dirty, brittle mop). 10/10 recommend! The only thing I need to do is add a daily portion of pro-biotic powder to mix in, but that's a him-problem, not Smalls. ... the things we do for these kings and queens of our households. :) <3

It’s wonderful to hear that Don Piano is doing so well on Smalls! It sounds like the food has made a remarkable difference in his health and energy levels. I’m glad he’s enjoying his meals and thriving with his shiny, healthy coat. Adding probiotics is a great idea to support his overall well-being. If you have any questions or need further assistance, we’re here for you and Don Piano!

My cats LOVE Smalls! They enjoy all the flavors and it has even made their poop stop stinking! One of my cats used to make me gag every time she went and now I do not notice it, yay! Both of my cats coats are shiny and softer than ever. Couldn't recommend Smalls more!

Before trying Smalls For Cats, my geriatric kitty was on a special kidney health kibble that she wanted nothing to do with. After about a month on Smalls (supplimented with Fussie Cat kibbles) we were able to stop buying her Rx kibble. Helena started putting a healthy amount of weight back on (no more ribs!), as well as much less trauma for her using the litter box. She no longer clears an entire wing of the house with her previously foul smelling stools. Her coat is shiny and healthy, leading to fewer hairballs. The most amazing thing we've noticed is she is much more affectionate and energetic. I think Smalls may be the main reason we still have Helena with us, living her best old lady cat life!

What a heartwarming update! It’s wonderful to hear how much Smalls has positively impacted Helena’s health and happiness. It sounds like she’s thriving with her new diet—more energy, a shiny coat, and a much more pleasant litter box experience are all fantastic improvements. If there’s anything else you need or if you have more feedback, we’re here to help. Thank you for sharing Helena’s success story!
