My 7 year old cat has eaten only high quality kibble with occasional canned food as a treat. He’s been having itchy skin for about a year now, so I decided to try Smalls since it seems to be a better match for cats. Logically, cats are carnivores and feeding them dry kibble with corn oat, etc. fillers doesn’t seem like the best choice for them. It’s been about two weeks on Smalls, and he hasn’t been scratching and chewing at himself. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that he continues to stay allergy free!

It’s great to hear that Smalls is helping with your cat’s itchy skin and allergies! A diet more aligned with a cat’s natural carnivorous needs can make a big difference. I hope the positive results continue and your cat remains comfortable and allergy-free. If you need any further assistance or have any more questions, feel free to reach out!

I had to incorporate more wet food into my aging kitties’ diets and I just couldn’t stand the smell of the wet food I’d been buying in stores. My cats took to Smalls right away and it helped relieve some bathroom issues they were experiencing! It smells like real food because IT IS, which means I don’t have to gag every time I feed my cats. But what is earning Smalls this 5 star review is their excellent customer service. We went out of town for a weekend camping trip and we lost power in our home. When it was restored, unfortunately the power to our freezer never kicked back on. When I contacted customer service to see if I could refreeze the 25 packs that had thawed in the freezer, they told me it was not safe to serve and recommended I discard the food, which was a huge bummer. But then they offered to replace the entire order for free! This was so above and beyond — I’ve *never* had a company offer a solution like this. They’ve earned a customer for life!

After switching my 3 yr old cat Leo to Smalls from another fresh food brand I noticed many significant changes in Leo. He’s no longer suffering from constipation, his poop is the normal color of brown instead of almost black, his poop is significantly less smelly and he’s more active most likely because he’s no longer having tummy issues. Leo loves the food and I’m happy that I finally found a diet that is healthier for my cat. I wish I would’ve switched a lot sooner. Customer service is always excellent.
