Your excellent products are marred for me by the packaging; the pulled selections are hard to open, and the regular selections are difficult to portion because the packages are so soft.

Smalls offers excellent cat food. I have a picky cat who will only eat the food he likes and will continue eating it until he no longer enjoys it. Finding healthy food that he will actually eat has been a challenge for me, but Smalls has solved that problem. They offer a good variety of options, and serving the food is simple. I've noticed an improvement in my cat's fur, and his weight has stayed within the optimal range. The food also smells good and I feel good that there's no filler like corn and such. I wish the price was a bit more affordable, but if you are a cat parent and can afford Smalls even for one meal a day, I highly recommend it.

Smalls has been a game changer for a parent of an adoptive cat that ended up with very bad diarrhea and IBD. She is a bengal and I've now discovered they are known for this. She's four and has been with us for almost a year. It was to the point she wasn't even going in the litter box and we had to have glands cleaned every couple of months. Her entire life the previous owner had her on kitten chow and the vet had me change her food several times. She is now on Hill's tummy trouble kibble. This didn't cure her problems. The vet said no raw and since they hadn't been help up to this point, I thought what does it hurt. A lot of research into raw food and hands down Smalls was the best. Even the vet had to admit that. It took about a month on the raw and a bit of prednisone but she is finally having fairly normal movements that are only interrupted by the occasional stress. NO MORE GLAND CLEANING!!! She gets about 20g twice a day and loves her Smooth Bird so much and runs to the bowl twice a day for it (and she loves the treats that they will send.....I mean loves them.) I'm still considering her going full raw but this seems to be working and the majority of her diet is Smalls now so I'm not rocking the boat!! If you have a cat with IBD, I understand what you're going through. I searched Google so much it changed my analytics and thinks I'm a cat proctologist. I use ChatGPT for everything and it told me what she had and to try raw three months into owning her. I tried everything and the bit of prednisone helped her heal and Smalls cured it altogether. This is really the first of us having a normal cat that isn't in pain all the time. It was killing me as much as her. She now sleeps with us and isn't embarrassed to get on the couch or our laps. She would be mortified when she leaked. I am more happy for her than for us. She deserves better and is getting it now. Oh, and I don't write reviews ever, but this is too important. I hope it helps you. Just give it time.

I highly recommend smalls. My cat’s fur is so much shinier and softer, and she has no more visible dander. And the cats love the taste of the food.

Smalls.com have been great across the board, ie : "product, selection, customer service, free treats with order, delivery, packaging, website look and ease of use, price, etc. The sampler box is the perfect no risk way to see if your cat will like it. We haven't had any issues and we have been recommending them to all of our cat parent friends. My oldest (18 yr old boy) has gained weight again after being underweight and he's acting like a kitten again since smalls. My other 2 cats are girls, 1 with chronic constipation and the other is picky and since giving them smalls, all their coats are shiny and they all have more energy and no issues anymore! Also, the prices are fair as well especially if you buy in bulk! Keep up the excellent work! Our cats love it and we can't thank you enough smalls!

Smalls has previously replaced or refunded shipments that arrived only partially frozen because as they told me "they couldn't know how long they were above the 40 degrees safe temperature." They've changed how they package the food, using a different type of ice, and can no longer ensure it arrives frozen so have changed their guidelines to thawed is OK as long as it's still cool to the touch. Anything lower than your internal body temperature (98.6) will feel "cool" to the touch. That leaves a lot of room for bacteria to grow.
