When I didn't receive the first two packages (melted in the heat before they got to me, The sent a third package. They were so helpful and kind. Then when they found out my cat passed away before I received the food, they were very sympathetic. They had a plant sent to me from a company in California. I cried when I saw the pot of the plant had a cat in the clouds. Smalls is such an outstanding company. The food went to a friend who has a cat, so it didn't go to waste.

It was pretty expensive and unfortunately my cat was not a fan.

My cat likes the food and is keeping it down. She only eats 1/4 of the package 2x a day, so it is a bit messy. Also, some packages are difficult to open without scissors. I would say overall it is good, but the packaging and portion options could be improved

My 15yr old cat has NEVER wanted to eat wet food. But when he began losing weight and sleeping more than usual, I knew he needed more. After hearing about Small's during a podcast, I thought I'd give it a go. And wow! Not only is he eating, he's gained 3lbs, (up from 5), and is playful, content, and all the way around a much happier cat. He's still eating his dry food, but he LOVES this food!

My cat absolutely loves the food first of all. I personally love the food because I know that it’s fresh and it’s super convenient. In addition, it’s not filled with all the additives that her kibble had.
