Thank you so much for your kind words about Smalls! We're so glad to hear that your pets enjoyed our food and that you found our service efficient and trustworthy. We also completely understand that the cost can add up quickly when you have multiple pets. It's a factor we are always mindful of, and we appreciate your honesty. Subscriptions can always be adjusted with a budget in mind. You can switch to our smallest box, space out shipments up to every 12 weeks, or postpone whenever needed. Smalls also works great as a topper! We hope that if your circumstances change in the future, you might consider Smalls again for your furry family.

Thank you for that feedback! We're glad to hear you recognize the quality of Smalls. We definitely understand that texture is a huge preference for cats, and it's common for some kitties to prefer shreds or chopped pieces over smoother textures. While our "Smooth" recipes are pâté-like, we do also offer our "Pulled" recipes (like Pulled Bird and Pulled Other Bird) which have a distinct shredded texture, and our "Ground" recipes which are minced. Perhaps one of those textures might be a better fit for your fur babies' preference for more texture? We'd be happy to point you to those options if you're interested!
