We’ve been with Smalls almost 3 years and have had a really positive experience. The few times we’ve needed service, it was there and they have always done the right thing. We’ve never had an inaccurate delivery and they have always arrived on time. Oh and the cat? He LOVES this food and we love that he’s thriving on it. We’re truly happy being Smalls’ customers.

I ordered food for my kitty & then come to find out that my kitty had kidney disease, therefore smalls food is not appropriate. I contacted Small & they said they would refund the order, cause there was no way to stop the shipping. Well, out of 58.60 they refunded only 27.56, of the total - how shameful is that. That is not what they say on site - more lies.....its bad enough the food is not cheap, but science diet is more cause its prescribed by Vet. I told smalls that if they didn't believe me to call my Vet. I am so upset over this, my kitty is sick & then to get ripped off by the food company - yikes. NEVER AGAIN - and I will tell everyone not to order from them......

We are sorry to hear about your kitty's diagnosis of kidney disease. We understand how incredibly upsetting and difficult this situation is for you, and our hearts go out to you during this challenging time. We also apologize for the distress and frustration regarding your refund. When we processed the refund, our Money Back Guarantee specifically covers the cost of the fresh food recipes included in the Sampler box. Add-on items, such as treats or other products you might have chosen to include in your initial order, are not covered under that specific guarantee. We apologize if this distinction was not made clear to you. More on our Money Back Guarantee can be found here: https://help.smalls.com/what-is-your-money-back-guarantee-HJudWeqI6 We deeply regret that your experience with Smalls ended on such a negative note, especially when you're going through a tough time with your cat's health. We truly wish we could have made this a smoother experience for you.

I really cannot rate this as my kitty would NOT touch this food. Tried several times with her, but she just walked away from it. The idea was great but did no good for me. Sorry.

Smalls is definitely the best food for my cat. I fed her Smalls for a while years ago, then started to try other foods for convenience (non-frozen foods) and to save money. After a while with other food, my cat started to develop digestive inflammation and was bleeding in the litterbox. I switched back to Smalls, and almost instantly the issues stopped. Plus, she loves the food and I have definitely noticed a softer, shinier coat. It's well worth the cost and the little bit of inconvenience that comes with fresh food. It's also way less gross to handle than canned wet food or food in a gravy. Fresh out of the package, it barely smells like anything. Though I will warn that it starts to smell awful if you have any leftovers sitting in the trash!

That's fantastic to hear! We're so grateful for your detailed feedback and for sharing your experience. It's truly rewarding to know that Smalls has made such a profound difference for your cat. We understand the allure of convenience and cost savings, but stories like yours highlight the tangible benefits of fresh, high-quality food. And thank you for the honest (and slightly humorous!) feedback on handling – we appreciate the warning about leftovers in the trash, it certainly means it's real food! We're so happy that Smalls is the solution for your cat's health.

Smalls makes great cat food! It's fresh, nutritious, and the cat loves it. Ordering is convenient, they have great add-on items, and Rodrigo loves all the different flavors! Even my friend's picky eater cat has been won over by Smalls

My older cat was losing weight because he was not eating his food. With smalls, he eats like a champ and even comes back asking for more. He’s more active. His coat is thicker and he’s actually gaining weight. Thank you so much.
