My original order was messed up. It arrived late and things were not frozen. Smalls immediately made a new order and sent it to me. My senior kitties like it but my eldest is almost 16 and it’s made a difference in her overall appearance, vitality and personality. Prior I was spending the same or more on “the best” cat food available! I appreciate the whole Smalls team. They are quick to respond and my successive orders have been on time and perfect! I appreciate your attention to detail, time, function and communication.

Neither my cat, dog, chickens or strays would eat the food. Additionally, it was sent out VERY quickly after the "starter pack". So fast (full price and very full box) that I hadn't yet tried all of the flavors with my cat. I assume you do it that way because there wouldn't be any repeat orders. This is definitely something that I would advise not to purchase.

My 15 year old 6.5 pound Siamese has decided she will eat Smalls. That's no small decision because she had put herself into liver failure from refusing to eat everything else, including her old favorite: home cooked chicken. She is now gaining her weight back and has the zoomies again!

I’ve seen ads for Smalls for a while so I decided to finally give it a try for my two 6-month old cats. When I got on the website I was prompted to sign up & do a discounted trial box- so I signed up & placed an order. After paying $40+ for 10 packs of canned food, I was sent an email saying I would be charged $170 each week for my “subscription” (which I didn’t even know I signed up for, I thought I just ordered a tester box). My cats liked the food fine, but $680 a month to feed 2 cats is absurd and the way Smalls hid their pricing until after they had already essentially tricked me into a subscription was disheartening. Also- after I was made aware I subscribed for $170 a week, I went to cancel my subscription and was told they won’t send out my trial box if I canceled! So I had to wait on my trial box to be delivered before I could cancel so that I didn’t lose that money as well. Overall, fine food but shady pricing and customer service.

My cats didn’t like this produce at all. Wouldn’t even go near it.

When I ordered, I didn't realize the food was cooked. My two cats are raw fed. Also, the packages are only 3 Oz each. I feed 7 Oz a day for the two of them. I appreciated the really nice packaging and the treats (they loved those!), but the food just wasn't what I expected. I'm glad I gave it a try, though! I do believe it's wholesome food. Just not for my cats! ❤️

Smalls is great

I love that I was about to lower the amount and make it every two months. It actually saves me $25 minimum every two months. And she loves it!!
