Thank you for your honest feedback, Maya. I am sorry for the frustration you experienced. That is truly the last thing we want for our customers. While we don't ship on Sundays, our fulfillment process for the week begins the Thursday prior. Once an order is sent to our warehouse to be packed with dry ice and assigned to a courier, it enters a "lock-in" phase where we are physically unable to pull individual boxes back out of the fulfillment line. This is why we send a "Heads Up" email a few days before the cutoff, but we understand how easy it is for that to be missed. We aim to be transparent about this subscription model during checkout, but your feedback tells us we can still do a better job of making these details clear and prominent. We truly appreciate you giving us a shot for your cat's nutrition, and we’re sorry it wasn't the right fit for your household.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am so sorry to hear that our recipes weren't a hit with your cat and that an additional shipment arrived after you intended to cancel. While it was kind of you to donate that food to a local rescue, I understand how frustrating it is to pay for an order you didn't want. To clarify our process, once an order reaches our warehouse for fulfillment, we are unable to cancel or redirect it due to the perishable nature of the food. Because of this, our policy is that all shipped orders are final. We truly appreciate you giving us a try for your cat's health, and we’re glad the food could at least support a great cause in your community.

I am so sorry for the frustration you experienced! It’s disappointing enough when your cat refuses the food, but having a difficult time canceling is stressful. That is absolutely not the experience we want for our customers. While we offer potential discounts on future orders before canceling, we never present it as a requirement or a barrier to canceling your account. We apologize if the process wasn't as straightforward and transparent as it should have been. However, we truly appreciate you giving us a try.

I understand the challenge you faced with the dry food. Cats are creatures of habit, and having them eat dry food when you are out of town can quickly shift their preference back.
