All promises kept
All promises kept. My geriatric kitty suddenly needs food with no protein so now he's on prescription food. Sorry he can't have Smalls anymore.

I am so sorry to hear about your geriatric kitty's change in diet. Dealing with sudden health needs is always stressful. I am glad to hear that all our promises were kept, and I apologize that your sweet cat can no longer enjoy Smalls due to the need for a prescription, protein-restricted diet. That's a major shift, but it's the right choice for his health right now. We wish him the very best and hope he adjusts well to his new food!

Super Customer Service
The food is wonderful and delivery and service are great. Customer service is fantastic. However the product was already thawed. My replacement order was sent the same day as I called them to report this and I recieved the replacement the following day. This was the only drawback for this order and was weather related. The package was delayed 3 days at UPS and arrived with everything warm. SUPER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The food was easy to order and arrived
The food was easy to order and arrived in good shape. Unfortunately my cats did not like the food. I think the texture of the food was not to their liking.

Our cats are all different
Our cats are all different. One has a very sensitive tummy, another gets hair balls easily, and the other is older and hard to keep weight on him. Since we’ve consistently been giving them Smalls, hairballs have been almost nonexistent, there’s no diarrhea, and we are keeping weight on our old man. And they love the food!

Bon Apetit! From Alice & Chanel
Alice and Chanel are both all in on SMALLS food. They were both a bit slow in the introduction, I’m guessing that as pet rescues they weren’t allowed to taste real food. However, their attitudes, actions and behaviors bear out these wise choice new selections. Hooray for SMALLS!!!!

Uber Premium cat food
Uber Premium cat food, both their frozen moist food as well as their snacks! Our two girls just love the taste and texture of all of the moist foods.
