First of all, this company is great and their customer service is excellent. They stand by 100% satisfaction guarantee. I had an issue with the hay - the hay is premium but the packers needed to sift out the small pieces. Small Pet Select immediately made me satisfied in my purchase. Also, this may be the only pet company that offers a 10% military discount.

Small pet select is all around the best! The hay is fresh and they really pack the box so you are getting great value. I’ve pretty much ordered from all of the categories and the quality is consistently excellent. Above all-the customer service is incredible. You really feel like their values are you as a customer as well as your loved animal. It’s really nice to know that anything I order will be safe and that they do it with love!

The representatives I spoke with were extremely helpful and responded quickly. I typically never have an issue with this company and their quality is top tier! It’s nice to know that even if something wasn’t what I expected it to be, it can be resolved quickly and with care.

I have always had a great experience with SPS. Their products are of the best quality and my bunnies and guinea pigs always have liked their stuff. They've gotten picky in their older age. Recently UPS ruined an order of my hay and without hesitation small pet select has sent a replacement out.

Well I did not want to fall in line with the hype of small pet select but I must admit it’s all true. I’ve never had such GREEN hay. I want to eat it myself; it looks that good. It feels unreal. Everything about it is a step above anything I’ve ever had. And their customer service is fast, prompt and should I say persistent in the BEST way?? I have ADHD. I would have forgotten to talk to them had they not reached out to me. You can tell it’s actually run by PEOPLE!! I know!! I can’t say enough to get this dang hay!! It’s worth it. My bunnies are obsessed with the orchard hay and I couldn’t get them to eat it from anywhere else. I needed something without the dust, with less allergins and this is it. This is now my top tier. I couldn’t be happier with this experience.
