Small Pet SelectReviews of smallpetselect.com

My bunnies absolutely LOVE the hay, and all other product that they've received through Small Pet Select, Amazon and Chewy... They, and I, are happy customers! One thing I would like to mention regarding my last order of 2nd cutting Timothy hay (5 lbs.), and an additional box of Gourmet hay, I was quite confused when it arrived. I was concerned as it looked like my delivery was lacking the box of Gourmet hay... I contacted Small Pet Select customer service, and they told me to look inside the box of Timothy hay; there it was! All was received, and my Winston & Josephine bunnies LOVE ALL!❤ ...Delivery was going on a month ago, and their still munching on it; still quite a bit of the same delivery remaining. 😊 I would only ask that Small Pet Select might make the delivery of the gourmet box, inside of the 2nd cutting, somewhat more clear to new consumers. ❤ Thank you, Small Pet Select!! Happy customer!!!

Our five bunnies love the products from Small Pet Select. And we love the excellent customer service! So glad we found them!

Great support team and amazing product quality!

Small pet select puts their money where their mouth is!! They recently supported the Los Angeles Guinea Pig Rescue who just rescued 246 female Guinea pigs. Because SPS was so generous, I have been ordering a tin of my soles from them. Packages are always fresh, on time, better than I anticipated, just great!

Very helpful and quick response. I received the wrong hay cutting and they immediately responded the next day and already had the correct hay shipped out to me. Me and my piggies love their products and love supporting a small business with the highest quality products. Awesome team!

I have tried several different types of hay for my rabbits and finally settled on small pet select. I am so happy I did. Their subscription program is easy. You earn rewards for purchasing. My rabbits love all the offerings they have, even the treats. I haven’t tried the bedding yet. I have had an issue where I had to contact customer service twice and both times my issue was resolved quickly and fairly. It has been a great experience in the roughly 9 months that I have shopped with this company.

Their products are some of the best quality you can get and their hay is a staple with my furkids. (They'll only nibble at store bought.). I love the smell of opening it! Their website prices kinda reflect this, though. Why is it cheaper on Amazon? Do they buy in huge quantities? Regardless, we're fixed income and every penny and dollar count for us. Would love to cut out the middleman but we gotta do the math. Otherwise they're exceptional: If you can afford the few dollars extra please support them directly via their website: They earn it.

I get hay for my piggy, she loves it and it’s great quality. The customer service is also always great and I love the little cards that come in the box! 🩷
