I’ve been a customer of Small Pet for years. They still amaze me with how quickly they send out an order. Even on the weekend, they seem to manage a two day time frame for shipping orders. Great service that’s rare to find nowadays. Thank you.

Small pet select is the best and my bunny won't touch anything else now! 💗 I love the natural products and the fresh was of the hay and everything I've bought my rabbits love including hay food toys chews herbs all of it which they wouldn't be interested in the usual pet shop stuff

I’ve had good experiences with this company in the past & do like their products. This time, a large item ($160) was missing from my delivery, which was confirmed with pics from UPS. The customer service agent made a replacement order within 48hrs, all was well. Sends an email asking for review, so I left a 5-star review only to have my order cancelled first thing the next morning. No email or update; I checked the tracking info & UPS said the order was voided before they received the shipment. So we’ll see if they actually fix it this time. The items price has also increased by $30 since I placed my original order.

Hi Morgan, I see in your account history that the voided tracking concern was addressed with you by our CSR, explaining why and she also provided you the new tracking number, which shows it is in transit and scheduled for delivery this Wednesday - Hi Morgan, Thanks for checking on your order. I'm sorry if we alarmed you! Your goodies are still on the way, but it had to be fulfilled by our other warehouse due to an out-of-stock item at your usual warehouse. The original tracking number was canceled and a new one was generated by the issuing warehouse. I'm afraid your shipment will take a little longer than usual. Most of our wood products come from our woodshop in Washington state.

Me and my bunnies love Small Pet Select and their amazing variety of everything your small furry friends will need. Customer service is first class and super fast delivery. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with provisions for my fur babies. Highly recommend.
