I’ve had a few hay issues the past few months, but they always seem to come through after a few back and forth emails and photos. I understand the nature of hay production, coming from a farm background and while it can’t always be perfect, i just want the packers to pay more attention to what they’re packing. Always take pictures upon arrival if there is ever any problem with your hay. After leaving California and getting the best hay ever, I moved to Texas where you would think hay production would be plenty. Unfortunately it’s not. So SPS has been my only resource for hay. Most of the time the quality is perfect. When it’s not, they usually replace the hay or provide credit to repurchase the hay. I’m so grateful for the customer service that handles my problems with care and knowing that my bunnies 🐰 are my whole world and I pay attention to every detail. lol! We had recently changed to small pet select and couldn't been happier! The surprise when we opened our box of timothy hay 3rd cut I was so so happy and my piggies were even happier! They love their hay, its soft and green and amells fresh!!

Small Pet Select has the best quality hay that I have found anywhere and at a very reasonable price. My rabbits love the orchard grass hay, as it is super soft and fresh. Their auto-ship option assures that I never forget to buy hay when my supply is running low. And when I recently ordered an extra box of third cut timothy hay, and they accidentally sent me second cut, they responded immediately when I contacted them about the error and sent the correct hay out the very next day.

Hay is fresh and smells so good. If there is an issue with the quality, their customer service responds quickly and is eager to help satisfy your needs. They were quick to send me a replacement box of hay after receiving a poor-quality batch. My bunny typically loves their products and it's good to know all their items are safe and designed for small animals.

I’ve been buying my bunny hay, treats and toys from Small Pet Select for probably ten years now. My bunny Peppy is 12 now and still gets excited to see what new stuff she gets each day! The products are so fresh and there are so many options and flavors! Not to mention their customer service is top notch!!! In all these years I can honestly say I don’t have one complaint. Just an overall wonderful company that loves animals!

Since purchasing hay from Small Pet Select, I've seen a definite health improvement with my bunnies. 3 out of my 5 aren't picky, but now finish every bit that's given to them. 1 male is rarely interested in hay, however now he will eat occasional oat hay & first cut timothy along with his nature salad. The other male is a runt with frequent GI upsets, but ever since this oat hay, he has been so much more regular! Additionally, Customer Service has been great and readily available for questions. Highly recommend.

My older rabbit loves the 3rd cutting Timothy. It's great to find some good hay that she will eat!
