Small Pet SelectReviews of smallpetselect.com

Best company for products for my 4 pet rabbits!

I love buying the small pet select products for my bunnies. They won’t eat any other hay that isn’t small pet select which is perfect for me because it’s the freshest hay I’ve ever seen. It hasn’t been dyed or sprayed with millions of chemicals. It’s the safest for my bunnies. I trust small pet select 100% with their products.

Customer service is excellent and every product is fresh and packaged very well. Prices are good too! Shipping is very fast!

I've reached out to their customer service a couple times for various questions and concerns, and they have responded so quickly each time. This most recent time I accidentally received 40lbs of Timothy hay instead of 40 lbs of litter. Within less than an hour of informing them of the mistake, they shipped me my original order and told me to donate the hay to a local shelter or rescue if I couldn't use it.

Ordered a 20 lb. Box of their Sustainable Chicken Scratch through Amazon. Unfortunately I received their 10 lb. box. I’m sure it was an honest mistake when fulfilling my order. Upon noticing the weight difference, I contacted customer service via email and within a few hours I received notification that another 10 lb. was on the way and a sincere apology for the error. This is exceptionally quick customer service that I and anyone would appreciate and will confidently continue to shop with Small Pet Select. Also my chickens LOVES their Sustainable Chicken Scratch, they don’t leave a crumb of it behind, which has never happened with other brand scratch I have previously tried.

I love small pet select and so do my bunnies! Long time customer. The hay is fresh and they demolish it every time. Great customer service! I recommend them to all my bun parents.

For medical reasons I was unable to order a 40 LB 3rd cut Timothy hay in time for my 5 guinea pigs if it was going to ship from back east like the last time. However, I reached out to Small Pet Select on their website late last night after hours asking if they had the 40 LB boxes in stock in Washington which takes 2 days. Grace emailed me at 5:20 am this morning with the good news that Washington had it in stock. I placed my order just after 6 am this morning and will receive it in time for my fur babies! Grace also gave me some tips on how to skip past the AI if needed. Grace was awesome and no business person I know of responds to customers with urgency at 5:20 AM. She's the best and the reason why I've been a customer for a couple of years now. Thank you Grace for helping me!!
