Why would you have different downrod extensions. I received one that does not fit.
Response from smafan.comNov 28, 2022
Hi Jack, I am sorry to hear that you have had such a poor experience. But I want to let you know that we have DC motor ceiling fans and AC motor ceiling fans. So we have different downrod extensions. Could you please let me know your fan's model? We can check the correct downrod for your smart ceiling fan. Looking forward to hearing from you. Please feel free to contact us via [email protected].

Honestly the experience on the site was great, I was a little hesitant because I had not heard of the company and was going to purchase the fan elsewhere, however not only was the fan cheaper it came even quicker than I expected.
