We replaced our ceiling fans with Soran 52 inch Wifi Ceiling Fan in hugger-mount Installation from smafan.com a few months ago. The price, quality and the design of the ceiling fans is really good. We had an issue with one of the four fans that we purchased and the customer service was exceptional and prompt. If we need more ceiling fans, we would certainly buy from smafan.com again.

No styrofoam in packaging. Good instructions and easy network integration.

Let me start by saying this is the 6th fan I’ve purchased in the past 6 months after moving into a new home. I’ve been extremely satisfied with all of my fans so far. That said, after paying to have this last one (Silas) installed, we notice a screeching noise when it’s on one particular fan setting. Disappointing, as I do not want to return it and have to pay a second installation fee. We will only be using the fan on the other settings. Too bad the setting we cannot use is the one I would likely use most often!
