We’ve already explained in our email that the model you purchased is designed to be controlled by the remote, mobile app, or voice commands. When a wall switch is used with this type of fan, it can only function as a main power on off switch. Full wall control requires the wall switch version of this model, which is available as an option. We appreciate your feedback and hope this clarification helps.
