Great fan! Very quite and the different modes of lightning is very delightful. I have purchased a second smart fan and now waiting for it to be installed

We are incredibly grateful that you took the time to share your feedback. Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are thrilled that you enjoyed your experience– it means the world to our entire team! Our DC motor ceiling fans use whisper quiet motor and can use the remote and the smart app to adjust the fan speed and dim the light. Enjoy it!

Light manufacturing issue
Had to send my first fan back to light being tilted to where it rubbed against the fan. They sent a completely different light so that one didn’t work. Send the whole fan back for refund and bought another. When installing this fan, the light is crooked again but at least this time not touching the blades and rubbing on one side. There’s only one way to install the light so there’s no way of installing it improper. It sets in place with a screw. It’s a nice looking fan but they need to review the light issue on why they slant

Great customer service from Smafan, but can’t recommend the product.
We purchased a smafan at our local big box building store. It required a downrod which we purchased from the smafan website. It arrived quickly and well packaged. It fit the fan and enabled us to install. However, after working perfectly for 2 1/2 days, the fan no longer works. We thought the batteries in the remote were bad, but new ones didn’t fix the problem. The fan wont turn on, the light won’t turn on. The fuse is not tripped. We’re not sure what is going on, but to uninstall it, to return it, is so inconvenient. I’m not sure if I can give our experience more than 3 stars as a result.

Happy with the product but some of the packages were already opened. Looks like it may have been returned at some point. The top of the longer downrod already had some wear on it, hopefully I won’t have any issues with it. Probably won’t order from this site again.

The quality of the fan is top notch by…
The quality of the fan is top notch by far, it was quite challenging to install believe it or not because of the electrical shroud that connects to the ceiling plate it’s simply not deep enough. The round donut and the square transformer had to be in an exact location and even then it was very tight. I’m having trouble with the remote I’ve got to hold it 12” away for it to work. Love the fan though well built and quiet.
