Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that the fan didn’t meet your specific needs for lower airflow. We strive to provide options that suit a variety of preferences, and we understand how important this is for comfort while sleeping. Using the reverse setting is a common suggestion to reduce the direct breeze, but we understand it may not work for everyone. If you’d like, we’d be happy to assist you further in finding a fan or solution better suited to your requirements. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team for personalized assistance.
