Thank you for your honest review! We're delighted to hear that you found our website easy to use and that your crystal light bulbs arrived in perfect condition due to our careful packaging. We truly appreciate your patience regarding the shipping time and understand how important timely delivery is. We will dispatch the items within 1 - 2 business days after the order is placed. However, USPS took a bit longer time to deliver the items. I am very sorry for the delay. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’re glad we could provide the items you needed when others were out of stock. If you ever need assistance in the future, feel free to reach out. Enjoy your beautiful bulbs!

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few details regarding your order. First, the product you purchased was clearly marked as a pre-sale item on our product page, and we also sent you an email notification regarding this. You responded to the email confirming that you were willing to wait for the pre-order. We sincerely apologize if you feel that the delay was intentional. Second, when you inquired about the downrod, we informed you that the fan comes with a standard 6” downrod. You later requested an additional extension rod as compensation for the shipping delay. While we understand your frustration, we did clarify that additional downrods need to be purchased separately from our store. If this came across as impolite or as not honoring a promise, we truly regret any misunderstanding. We appreciate your support and are always here to assist you. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further concerns.
