Shipping was slow, item as described, but difficult to adjust right and get on.

For awhile now, I have dreaded the thought of bringing my two dogs into the car with me in case I ever got into a car accident. I've always driven with caution when they're in the vehicle with me but that doesn't mean there hasn't been some close calls where I've had to slam on my brakes to avoid a negligent driver. I always felt bad for my babies because they'll slide forward in the back seat and scramble to not fall. I decided enough was enough and looked into crash tested harnesses in hopes one would be available on the market. Sleepypod was the ONLY company I found that actually had proven crash tested harnesses and I'm hopeful that these harnesses could save my babies lives should something occur. I bought a medium and small harness and after some initial concerns with size, I reached out to their customer service and sent some photos in to get a second opinion. Their customer service was super helpful and made me feel better knowing I got the correct size for them. I have yet to test out these harnesses in the car since I don't take my dogs in the car very frequently but I now have more confidence knowing that I can safely bring them in the car with me without the possiblity of a minor car accident risking their lives.

We love our cricket sport plus harness but lost the s clip that comes with it. Went ahead and ordered 2 and they arrived very quickly.

This is a well-made product! I’m glad to have it in the car for those long trips when I want to give Lu a break from the crate. We’re still learning how to adjust it, he is a 30lb dog, and can’t move under the pressure of the seat-belt very well, but we do have the S-Clip and are figuring out how to adjust that so he’s comfortable and still protected. The test will be tomorrow on our first 7hr road trip.

First, like other commenters on the web have noted, the company does not answer the phone and does not return messages left with the answering service. Second, I ordered two harnesses that were too large and in order to exchange them, I ordered two more that were medium. I returned the two large harnesses following all the instructions, but was only issued a refund for a single harness, with no explanation. A phone message and email were not initially returned. Based on other reviews, I expected the worst case and left a harsh review here. The following day the company emailed me and also authorized a full refund (not actually posted to my credit card yet). I have revised my rating based on the quality of the manufacturing of the product (have not used it in the car yet), but downgraded based on the customer service experience.

The order was never delivered. We have reached out twice now with no response.

Love this company! Harnesses to safely transport my best friends. Quality construction. Great customer service!
