We love your harnesses! They are well made. We have been buying them for our pug for a few years now. Our favorite color that you sell is the blush. Would love to see you sell a purple or lavender one.

Sizing wasn't available at first, and I didn't hear back from the webform question for a while... but they got more and let me know in time to order. Cat hasn't escaped from the harness yet, and we've tried a FEW. Great design and quality.

You guys switched up this harness, not sure why? It's not the same.

Quality harness made sturdy to protect dogs in case of an accident. This is the third harness I’ve bought for my dogs. I would like to caution anyone ordering to look at the structure of your dog. I have an Irish setter who has a deep but narrow chest in the front. According to the measurement chart and her size under her arms, I bought a size large. But that proved to be much too big, so I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly. If a dog has a broad chest, then the size chart is accurate.

The collars arrived very timely and well packaged. I received shipping updates at each stage. Great experience.

Great product

It takes a while for delivery. The power collar and the power leash are light weight and well made. I had to get the leash because my other leash buckles would not fir easily over the two “D” rings of the power collar. The leash buckle is easy for arthritic hands to use.

Poor design and poor craftmanship. We bought Mobile Pet Bed and Clickit Terrain Harness. Design of the pet bed makes it challenging/impossible for our dog to climb on it by himself. It is too high a threshold to get in and out of. The top is awkward to put on and take off. The Clickit Terrain Harness is clunky and suffers from poor craftsmanship. These products do not seem to be designed nor produced with the dogs' comfort in mind. There are three sewed on labels on the inside (the part that touches the dog). The sharp edges on these labels would constantly rub and irritate the skin. Also the webbing used on the perimeter has exposed ends which would also rub and irritate the skin. Also as noted by others return process is a nightmare and it was a great hassle to have Sleepypod send a return postage label. Don't recommend doing business with Sleepypod :(
