The White Glove set up service did not have a clue what they were doing?? They have never set up a massage chair before. This chair hurts like hell!! I thought that it is supposed to make me feel good?? Not run to the nearest spa to get a massage from the pain that the chair is giving me!!

After 33 days of emails to customer service and many phone calls with no results. I filed a dispute with my card company about the inability of sleep galleria to deliver my mattress. My final email, a response lead to a special delivery by sleep galleria of my mattress. I was told it was a shipping issue which finally was resolved by sleep galleria.

This is the worst company!!! The sales guy suggested a chair that ended up being a “mini” chair basically cheaper and smaller then the normal size chairs. The cost was $1800 total and unfortunately this company does not allow returns !!!! So I’m stuck with a $1800 chair that is too small and they will not take it back I’m so upset and cannot believe they don’t allow for returns DO NOT buy from Sleep galleria unless ur 100% positive u love the chair and have tried it somewhere else first I’m a disabled veteran who basically got taken advantage of by this companY, I do not recommend

I was very pleased with my new mattress and bed. Company kept me up to date on delivery etc. Only thing is that it very heavy bed and we struggled some on sitting it up. I would actually like to get my husband a new mattress only. I’ll have to see when & if he wants one

LOVE all the help from Customer Service, also the pillows I bought from Sleep Galleria! Couldn't ask for better!

Chair is great. Was not that easy to assemble. Seriously consider white glove delivery. At zero gravity my back pain simply disappeared. It is so comfortable, I will probably miss a lot of shows because I am asleep.

I still have not received my order after ordering a month ago and have no clarity as to when i will. I tried to cancel my order for a refund and told it was not possible. So I am out more than $2000 with no mattresses and no ability to recoup my money.
