Very disappointed with the quality of these sheets and Custmer service. I contacted customer service, immediately to let them know I had slept on my friend’s same sheets and they were wonderful. It makes me wonder if the ones I bought through sleep galleria were knock offs? Anyway, sleep galleria told me it was the manufacturer’s problem, and the manufacturer told me it was sleep gallerias problem. You know, the typical run around until the customer gives up.

Never received merchandise. Try to contact was told it was shipped. None seems to be able to put there hands on the merchandise that I was supposed to receive. There are still trying to take payments. All new accounts all the way around.

Did not deliver my purchase and then would not refund me stating my purchase was not refundable if used which I never used it as it was not delivered. Poor customer service.

I contacted Emily at customer service after I received my mattress and told her how unhappy I was with the firmness of the mattress. She asked me to stop by the store and try another mattress. I stopped by on Sunday and tried a mattress that I liked. Emily exchanged the mattress no questions asked and shipped the new one two weeks later and did not charge me for the difference. Great service by Emily. She went above and beyond of what was expected.

This is the absolute worst place to buy a mattress. I purchased my mattress online at the end of April. My delivery date was supposed to be mid May. I wound up not getting the mattress until the end of June. That wouldn’t have been horrible if I had been told that up front. Then I would have set my expectations accordingly. Instead, chasing down this mattress because a part time job for me. The worst part is that customer service, as nice as they are, we’re completely clueless and useless. I love the bed, but I could have bought it someplace else and saved myself the headache. I will never purchase from this company again and I highly discourage anyone else from buying anything from them either. Just check out the number of complaints on the better business bureau’s website. That will tell you all you need to know.

Crappy horrible sales team no customer service

I ordered a mattress over 7weeks ago and have yet to receive it...sent pillows tho.Keep getting the run around

Poor communication and deceptive sales tactics. Lead you to believe the product is in stock but they only place your order with the manufacturer after you pay for the product. I called the manufacturer directly and could have had the product at my door within 4 days of purchase rather than the 3 weeks Sleep Galleria promised.
