Chair is very nice - we are enjoying it

First off, The website said I would have my purchase shipped,delivered and installed within 10 days. I took a month to get to the terminal. It sat at the shippers terminal for three days until I went and picked it up myself. Then it was supposed to be installed in room of choice by another company. One guy showed up and i had to help him carry it down stairs with a bad back. Then to top it all off the day it got installed sleep galleria sends me a text saying the very expensive massage chair I just purchased is on black Friday special.

I purchased a massage chair; there were many to choose from. This was my third or fourth chair, they do not usually have a long life, things go wrong. I liked the large selection but I wish the salesman was more knowledgeable on what each chair could do. In the end, I am quite disappointed in the one I selected. The instruction book is not very helpful. When I put it on auto, I get to see all the chair is capable of, but when I put it on manual and try to get it to do some of the things I experienced, it is impossible. Maybe I still don't know how to control it or maybe it is malfunctioning, I sure don't know. What I can get it to do is not what I want it to do. I will call the warranty people to see where the problem is.

Love the Svago Newton. It's leather and "top of the line." I have very bad arthritis in my spine and this chair truly relieves my back pain. For just the chair: 5 stars.The heat and massage help too. Had an issue with delivery, but it was resolved. That's why the 3 stars.

I don’t have my mattress as of yet The item has been lost per the logistics & warehouse company hired.

If the requested review is about the delivery it is actually 5-star as the men were courteous, efficient, and did there work professionally. If you are requesting on the mattress itself, it has the same feel and effect as my old mattress. Zero difference.

On-line purchase went well. It was the communication of delivery and the "White Glove" setup that did not. I had to call to find out when I would receive my massage chair after almost two weeks of waiting, after the initial email. The delivery company called and said they don't do setup. I had to call back about again. Then I was given a number to call, instead of Sleep Galleria finding out and keeping me informed. The Company they hired "Angi" didn't know what they were doing either. I got two calls from delivery people in Georgia. They had my phone number, wrong name, wrong address. The one guy gave me a phone number to call (again me) that didn't work. Finally got in touch with "Angi" and they gave me another phone number to call...no answer. I received a text message that said they would be their Thursday to assemble the chair. Then another text message said they had a problem and would come on Friday, with no call to ask if that would be alright with me. Glad I stayed home because they came on Thursday. They had the right address and what they were to put together but they had the wrong name!!! The installers were very nice and did a good job but had never put a massage chair together before. I think Sleep Galleria should have done all the calling and checking on this and not the customer!! The setup company "Angi" is terrible!! They are out of Georgia. I ordered my chair 9-12-22, delivered 10-02-22 and assembled 10-05-22. Luckily I had a place to store it until assembly. It came on a pallet. This is a big item. I'm just glad I didn't live in an apartment.

I’m pleased with the product but I was promised a specific delivery time due to it being a birthday gift, I finally received the chair over a week late. When I ordered it I was told it be delivered on time… Total BS
