Horrible customer service and very misleading return policy. Over a month with dealing with these people and have yet to hear from a supervisor even after emailing multiple times to talk to one with false promises spewed to me each time from a “customer service rep” Will NEVER recommend to anyone and dang sure will never purchase from this money scheming company again!!!

Product was received in a timely manor and was as advertised. Delivery was less than expected as the delivery personal did not speak English and left the package blocking my front door.

Ordered a beautiful leather recliner. Just love it. Perfect in every way. For a gentleman in nursing home. He sleeps in the chair a lot.

I received great help to make sure I was satisfied. I appreciated it.

I am still waiting for you to fix the damage to my door and do something about the dirt that’s all over the bottom of my bed because it got dragged across the mud with a ripped plastic cover so do you really wanna know what I think I’d like to know when you’re going to do something I’ve been very patient

My experience with Sleep Galleria was terrible and would not recommend. The product, delivery, & setup was fine, once everything came. My issue is with poor customer service and management response. No one calls you back with answers to why your items are missing, like they said they would. I wish I did a more thorough job in searching for reviews about this company before ordering anything from here.

I would give zero stars if possible. I purchased a massage chair which arrived damaged and it’s been almost 2 months and I still don’t have a replacement part for it. Communication is terrible. I reach out weekly and just get told that they passed the info along to the manufacturer but nothing is getting fixed. Meanwhile I’ve got a chair that I paid $1,300 for that looks like crap because it’s damaged. I’ve asked several times for contact info for a manager or someone to contact from the manufacturer and I’ve gotten no response. I filed a claim with BBB and they have not responded to that either. The massage chairs airbags were also not working but we were able to trace the issue back to a hose inside the compressor not being connected and were able to remove the compressor cover to fix the issue.

Ordered two twin xl Sealy adjustable bases with matching mattresses on 9/10, when delivered on 10/3, one mattress was missing. Called customer service same day and they say they mistakenly did not order one of the mattresses and it is currently already en route to the carrier, said they would send tracking information the next day. Called again next day 10/4, and still no tracking given and that time. Fast forward to today 10/11 called and they said my mattress will not arrive at the carrier from Sealy until 10/17! Possible delivery date 10/21. So, in the meantime I have half a bed sitting in my master bedroom. I have to sleep on the couch until it arrives. Customer service has been less than helpful. I hope to be compensated in some form for this gross oversight on behalf of Sleep Galleria. I am not able to cancel my order because they say it already shipped, not to me, only to the carrier. Give me expedited shipping or refund me the purchase price of the mattress. Update 10/26, still no tracking information and no confirmation of my order to be delivered anytime soon. I am going to have to go through PayPal or my credit card company to make a claim for the missing items. Stay away from this company!!
