The mattress showed up as promised, which is why I gave them two stars. The free $200 gift card that I was entitled to as part of my purchase, did not. I went through all the steps and received email confirmation but once the 100 day mark hit for them to email the gift card, they ghosted me. Don’t buy here unless the price is better than a local store. Do not count the “free” gift card into your deal price. It’s a scam. They make you jump through ridiculous hoops and then it does not show up. Buyer beware.

Where to start? First of all the reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is just because I like the mattress I purchased. It took literally MONTHS for my multi-thousand order to arrive after I had to chase it down and countless times back and forth with customer service. Admittedly, they were rather responsive, however never really had answers as to why my product that should have arrived within 2 weeks took again, MONTHS to arrive. In fact it arrived damaged and then still took another week+ for another new mattress to arrive. The currier service they use is complete trash too and their white glove service left much to be desired. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SLEEP GALLERIA. THE HEAD LADY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS OR PROVIDING A GOOD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

Company charged us a swap out fee for our mattress which we did not know when they guaranteed exchange if we would not be satisfied. We returned mattress still in plastic but had to pay 300 for delivery and exchange.

It took months for us to get both pieces of our bedroom set even though they said that both pieces were to be delivered on a specific delivery date!

We ordered a mattress and box spring set but only our mattress was delivered to to us. For another 2 weeks we called 3 times trying to figure out where the box spring was and no one told us what happened or called us back until we threatened to go elsewhere. By the end of week 2 we just bought another box spring set from Mattress Factory and asked Sleep Galleria to reimburse us for the box spring we never got. Suddenly the lost box spring was found and they were desperately trying to deliver it to us but by that point we didn't want it, we wanted a refund. This was 2 months ago in August, we have yet to recieve a refund or even a call back.

Still have not received our mattress and can’t find any information as to where it is at and when it will arrive.

Read all the fine print. Not every piece of furniture carries same warranty ,return or exchange policy. I got a massage chair and thought it was exchangeable and found out it was not. The air bags on sides do not inflate enough to reach your hips or thighs. The neck massager hite my head not my neck. Im stuck with chair they said. Tuff luck. Beware. Read everything before you sign on dotted line

I selected the white glove delivery service because I was told the massage chair I ordered required assembly. When the chair arrived it was already in 1 piece, no assembly required. I paid $179.00 for this service and I feel as though I was over charged. This service was not worth the cost and i think the company should do something about this matter.
