Do not order from #SleepGalleria. Once you make an order no matter what you wont get it for months and months. They will make it so you cancel the purchase. 6 months later they ship the order and you cancel it so u thought. They charge you for shipping $300 and restocking fees 25%. its a scam and they figure it out on how to without any Consequences. Even Credit cards cant help you or the law

I have damage to both my cervical spine and nerves that requires a fusion surgery in April. I needed a Paliser recliner for better support and to sleep in after surgery. I bought it on December 4th and was told it would be ready in 8 to 10 weeks. I called to check on the status early March and 2 weeks after. Both times they promised to check with operations and call me back, but didn't. On the 3rd call I escalated it to the manager and learned the recliner would be ready on March 24th. I called March 25th to tell them Paliser never called and remind them that I needed it soon due to my surgery and they promised to call me back. Still no response. The Johns Creek GA salesmen are not committed to customer service once the sale is made. There is no excuse for promising 3 times to call me back and then not bother - especially given my need and how late Paliser was.

Customer service here is a joke. Nobody in customer service answers the phone. You're expected to leave a message, which they won't return. You must call the sales department, which gets picked up immediately to get any information. Emails to customer service are just as pointless, you'll get a response that someone will get back to you in a couple of days. That has yet to happen unless you post negatively on their reviews. Then suddenly, they will scramble to pretend they are a serious company. I'm sorry to say weeks (months now) later I'm still waiting on a credit they have been promising to issue. I would advise everyone to steer clear of this poorly managed company.

They never shipped my order and stopped responding to my emails when I asked for a refund. My order was over a month ago. I am currently trying to get a refund through Paypal. Do not order from this website.
