Terrible, unreliable company. Ignores customers after they get your money. Buyer beware!

I didnt think I was going to have to spend my afternoon filing complaints with the office of Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr, Better Business Bureau and the Cobb Chamber but here we are. We spent $7000 with Sleep Galleria. Our opening is next week. My small business is depending on these chairs which they know and they refuse to call me and make any effort to figure how and why there could be so many issues with an order. I’m tired of this idea that it’s someone else’s fault. The buck stops here and I want answers and accountability as their customer. I want fiduciary responsibility and the covenants of capitalism to be respected. I want what I paid for and was promised and I need your help. Is this negligence, disrespect, bad business or am I supposed to sit here and pretend this is business as usual. This has by far been the worst buying experience of my life. From a salesman who over sold me to vps who dropped the ball at every move to “white glove service” that had no idea how to build the chairs when they arrived to delivering broken products to the logistics team that picked up a return but can’t seem to get my replacements to me. I’ve been waiting for over a month for my two chairs to be delivered and have requested to speak to someone in the executive team for weeks and weeks. I’ve gone as far as to use LinkedIn and asked for a call back and there has literally been no response! Their customer service team is great but cannot handle the problems that have arisen. The executive team seems to be apathetic and disrespectful. This a company that makes grand promises and delivers lies. I would not recommend doing business with them unless you’re looking to have a nightmare experience with no accountability. You’d be better off buying directly from the manufacturer as they are really just a middle man and can seem to only call the manufacturer to see what the problem is. A good price; however shipping is slow. I check the tracking and it tells me you are getting it ready to ship. I should have it by now.

Back in October I bought a king size and queen size mattress from this company in 2 days my life changed I called the customer service thinking I had a 180 day trial period comes to find out that it is only for an upgrade so I could not return the mattresses. I slept in my queen mattress for the first time tonight it is absolutely horrible I've already felt myself rolling to the middle very disgusted in the mattress overall quality
