Worst service I have ever had. Ordered a massage chair on 12/12/22 and still do not have a working chair that has been delivered. They emailed me a supervisor will call me and then never does and they rarely respond to emails. It is now 2/27/23 and I still don't have a chair. They have been holding over $7000 of my money. Now they are trying to force me to take a chair I don't even know anything about, or they stated if I cancel they want to charge me "fees". This is after 2.5 months of not getting a working chair. Multiple recent complaints on BBB

REfusing refund. Not verifying someone knows the 1400 dollars is non refundable, thinking everyone scrolls to the bottom of the page and goes to the refund policy on a different page. ITs fine though my bank agreed to refund me so send a return slip if you want your money back

Atrocious service, completely inaccurate processing/delivery times and zero follow-up communication from them in regard to every interaction they said they would follow up on. Website stated delivery within 3-5 days, here we are weeks later with zero expected delivery date still and no response to request for cancellation either. !!!!!DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!!!!!

They refuse to refund a 1300 dollar massage chair I had open for 2 days. They are trying to bully me into exchanging it

Ordered over the weekend. It’s Thursday and still cannot get an estimated delivery date. Also, they are jamming my inbox with emails and even tried to sell me the chair I just bought. The only email I want to see is the one that at least says it is on its way here.

My online customer service rep, Terry Gibbs, was friendly, helpful and processed my order quickly!
