Sleep GalleriaReviews of sleepgalleria.com

Phil is incredible and patient and the man you want to talk to for the best overall best purchase on your new mattress. This is my second purchase from SleepGalleria.com and I’ve referred customers to this website before I trust them and their professionalism. But Phil was top notch. I’m looking forward to sending more referrals to Phil because he made my second purchase even more seamless and easier than the first! Thank you a thousand time over! You’re a rockstar Phil and thank you Sleep Galleria!

Offered the best deal I could find on the internet for my product. Free shipping and free returns put my mind at ease at making a large purchase online. Great customer from David support after the initial purchase.

Phil made all the difference! He patiently answered all my questions. No other company helped me so intentionally. Thank you!

Avoid this Company at all cost. Refund policy is fraudulent and quality of merchandise online is terrible. Arrived damaged and they disappeared. Buyer beware.

Ordered two recliners. Was told 7-10 days to ship. It's been 15 and don't even have a shipping number. They charged my account the day of the order and that was it. All they say is we can't find a shipping number? Then, every day they continue to email ads to buy, buy. buy! I haven't even seen the quality or condition yet. When I do. If not happy I will pass on reviews and go after them through public media. Every sale they lose is a gain for me. I will retract this review if satisfied.

Bad customer service, I couldn’t return a mattress because the delivery guys took the packaging with them.

Chair is very nice - we are enjoying it

I had a very good experience with Sleep Galleria. I ordered a massage chair, had some questions and they were very responsive. They shipped my chair three business days after my order was placed. I also got an amazing deal for the chair that another company said "I don't know how they are offering that chair at such a discount!" If you want fast shipping, responsive customer service and a potential discount that nobody can match, I would recommend you check out Sleep Galleria.
