Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Deceiving and liars!! The product was low quality with defective pillow zippers, I was not able to use the pillow cases. Low, terrible QUALITY and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not buy from this company!!

I will start off by saying that Sleepbysanti is an awesome product. Like all things in life not everything comes out perfect, but this company was determined to make this experience a great one! I will say though if you need this product within 8-10 business days you may need to call the company's customer service to double check. My order took a bit of time, but that was due to high sells and the warehouse shipping. I reached out to customer service representative (Ismail) who was very prompt with responses to email, and very courteous! Ismail understood my dilemma seeing that these purchases weren't for me, and got my order onto a priority list at the warehouse. Due to the warehouse not sending out my full shipment I had to reach back out to Ismail. After seeing the pictures and videos sent the replacement orders were sent out almost within 5-6 days due to shipping. All in all I will say at first I thought it was a scam but was reassured with prompt emails, a small discount, and prompt fixes to some missing items. I'm not perfect so I don't expect this company to be perfect, but i do expect them to stand by their product and if there is an error to fix it. Representative Ismail is what gave in my opinion this review 4 stars, because of their willingness to make my experience the best. I can't give it 5 stars only because some minor details that you may see in the picture wasn't on my product. However, the product in itself is very well made, soft to the touch, or has a high quality feel to the product even after washing it! I purchased 3 Cali King 7 piece sets, and I'm grateful to Ismail for seeing it through and making a few special people in my life very happy! I will be purchasing from this company again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (stars) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 stars) I ordered a bedding set from Sleep by Santi, and although the color didn’t look the way I expected in my master bedroom, the customer service was outstanding. The bedding was never used—I only took it out of the packaging to see how it would look in the room. Alex was absolutely awesome and handled my return in a very professional, smooth, and stress-free way. The experience really showed how much they care about their customers. As with any company, it’s always a good idea to read the refund policy before purchasing, but overall I had a great experience and truly appreciated the excellent customer service. Highly recommend Sleep by Santi! Sue Marie

I am absolutely in love with my comforter set from Sleep By SĀNTI. From the moment I opened the package, the quality was obvious. The fabric is incredibly soft, smooth, and breathable—luxurious without being heavy. It’s the perfect balance of cozy and lightweight, keeping me comfortable all night without overheating. The stitching is beautiful, the comforter drapes perfectly on the bed, and it instantly elevated the look of my entire bedroom. After sleeping with it, I genuinely noticed an improvement in my sleep quality. It feels like high-end, hotel-style bedding at home. Even after washing, it retained its softness and shape, which speaks volumes about the craftsmanship. If you’re considering upgrading your bedding, Sleep By SĀNTI is 100% worth it. Exceptional comfort, beautiful design, and quality you can feel. Highly recommend!

Honestly, this company is beyond ridiculous. No where during purchasing did I see anything about no cancelling orders before they have been shipped. That logically makes no sense if you still have my merchandise CANCEL IT. I’ve reached out through email to them nicely enough and they have done nothing except tell me they can change my order to a different comforter if I wanted a different one. I have submitted a claim with my bank because of these money hungry ignorant people. I’m beyond annoyed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Great customer service to resolve any issues. I made an easy exchange of product after deciding on a different blanket at the last minute. And missing pillowcases were sent promptly. Love my Wulf snow blanket. Thank You.

I was so happy with the comforter & duvet cover I ordered that I bought another set for my guest room & also treated myself to sheets. And customer service was very responsive both when I had a question on a product & an issue with an order. Would definitely recommend!

I purchased the couch blanket in gray. It is beautiful. The softest & most luxurious blanket I have ever owned. It is weighted & very, very warm, which I love. I was so impressed by the blanket I purchased a second one in the snow color for the bedroom. You won’t be disappointed in this blanket.
