I purchased a Sleep by Santi sheet set for $269.95, plus $19.42 for shipping. The set included a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. It arrived on time, but because it was still cold in Ohio, I didn't put the summer sheets on my bed until late June. I used the sheets for one week, washed and dried them according to the care instructions, then used them for another week. After the second wash, I discovered a 3-inch tear along the seam of the fitted sheet. I contacted Sleep by Santi and provided photos of the damage. Their response was that they only warranty their products for 14 days after delivery and would not offer a refund or replacement. They refused to stand behind their product, even though these nearly $300 sheets failed after just two weeks of use and only two washes. As a "courtesy," they offered me a 30% off coupon toward another purchase. Wow! After this experience, I have no interest in spending more money on a product that did not hold up and a company that refuses to stand behind its quality.

How are you to know if you like the comforter if you don't open it. I opened it, put it back and it's original packing and they won't take it back. It reminds me of a sleeping bag from the sixties. Definitely not worth it.

I reached out to customer service and was advised they only have a 14 day warranty period, so no replacement or refund would be issued. That time frame is just long enough for the set to hold together before you start having issues. The functionality and feel of the fabric is everything they say it is. Super soft, very cooling. Unfortunately, the seam work leaves a lot to be desired.

I had the best sleep of my life with my new bedding! Surprisingly, to me, it wasn’t hot at all! which was one of my reservations about ordering in the first place. My husband ended up purchasing sheets, duvet cover, comforter, throw pillows, pillow cases and a throw blanket because i’ve been having trouble sleeping.. Well problem solved! Side note: the packaging is even luxurious!

This company lacks complete integrity. First they promised a 20% discount which they did not apply at checkout as promised. They then said they would send it in a gift card. They did not. When I received the product it was NOT as pictured on the website so I tried to return it at my expense for a refund . They are refusing to send me any information to return it. Its been a nightmare finally I disputed it on my credit card I will NEVER buy from them again.
