I purchased a Sleep by Santi sheet set for $269.95, plus $19.42 for shipping. The set included a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. It arrived on time, but because it was still cold in Ohio, I didn't put the summer sheets on my bed until late June. I used the sheets for one week, washed and dried them according to the care instructions, then used them for another week. After the second wash, I discovered a 3-inch tear along the seam of the fitted sheet. I contacted Sleep by Santi and provided photos of the damage. Their response was that they only warranty their products for 14 days after delivery and would not offer a refund or replacement. They refused to stand behind their product, even though these nearly $300 sheets failed after just two weeks of use and only two washes. As a "courtesy," they offered me a 30% off coupon toward another purchase. Wow! After this experience, I have no interest in spending more money on a product that did not hold up and a company that refuses to stand behind its quality.

How are you to know if you like the comforter if you don't open it. I opened it, put it back and it's original packing and they won't take it back. It reminds me of a sleeping bag from the sixties. Definitely not worth it.

I really loved this blanket at first and thought the quality matched the price. I followed the care instructions exactly, but after one wash it came out caked and hardened. When I reached out and simply asked for a replacement, not a refund, the company refused to stand behind the product. For something at this price point, that was extremely disappointing.

This company lacks complete integrity. First they promised a 20% discount which they did not apply at checkout as promised. They then said they would send it in a gift card. They did not. When I received the product it was NOT as pictured on the website so I tried to return it at my expense for a refund . They are refusing to send me any information to return it. Its been a nightmare finally I disputed it on my credit card I will NEVER buy from them again.

Sleep, by Santi. If only I could give ZERO stars! I received my order after over a month of waiting and following up with them to see where my order was. I opened the package and took the comforter out of the plastic bag it came in to check the comforter. After inspecting it, I found that the comforter did not meet my expectations and contacted customer support to return the product. Customer support stated that since I took the comforter out of the plastic bag then they now considered it used and I can't return it. The comforter was NOT used, only taken out of the plastic bag to check the product. How does one check the product out without taking it out of the plastic bag? This is a terrible policy and obviously why they lean on that so they don't have to refund anyone money. Very much Terrible customer service and Terrible company! They obviously don't care about their customers and only care about taking your money. Avoid doing business with this company!

Avoid this company. Took several weeks with no update. And emails to cancel will be ignored. I got curious and started to look this place up and found terrible Reddit posts and reviews for them. Eventually I found their shop app page had a contact number, called multiple times and a lady finally picked up. Told her I’d like to cancel, she then asked me about 6 times if I was sure then told me my order just came in. But I never gave order number for her to know. I told her I’d still like to cancel and gave her my order number. As soon as I gave her my order number she hung up on me and ignored the rest of my calls. About 10 mins later I got an email confirming my cancellation. This company is an absolute scam, taking your money weeks before even shipping. Terrible customer service. No one should have to jump through these hoops to get an update or cancel from a “luxury” bedding company. Find another company than this for your bedding needs.

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Deceiving and liars!! The product was low quality with defective pillow zippers, I was not able to use the pillow cases. Low, terrible QUALITY and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not buy from this company!!

Honestly, this company is beyond ridiculous. No where during purchasing did I see anything about no cancelling orders before they have been shipped. That logically makes no sense if you still have my merchandise CANCEL IT. I’ve reached out through email to them nicely enough and they have done nothing except tell me they can change my order to a different comforter if I wanted a different one. I have submitted a claim with my bank because of these money hungry ignorant people. I’m beyond annoyed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
