SLEEP365®Reviews of sleep365.com

We purchased a mattress and frame from Sleep365. Michael and Dominic gave us excellent personal service throughout the sales and installation process, even accomodating our decision to alter our original choice of mattress top layer. Our interaction with them has been very gratifying. We whole-heartedly recommend Sleep365!

Knowledgeable and professional salesperson. Very pleasant experience and did not feel sale pressure from him.

Very helpful service

This is my second purchase for my kids bedroom. They are so very helpful and responsive!

Awesome customer service and great quality. Thank you being awesome!

You didn’t let me know your pillow was out of stock when I ordered it. I had to reach out because I did’t receive an email with tracking information. That’s when you let me know that the pillow was out of stock. If something is out of stock on your website, then it should clearly list that near the purchase price.

Dom gave me exceptional service. I was warmly welcomed and carefully listened to regarding my needs. He provided helpful feedback and advice as well. After trying a few mattresses, I found what I believe to be the right fit. Great shopping experience. I was helped, but not overwhelmed.

I LOVE my wool pillow. It's the perfect fill amount and and is very soft, plush, and lightweight. Their customer service is the best of the best. You don't encounter that much nowadays. They helped me decide which pillow was right for me based on my sleeping positions and preferences.
