Purchased 2 of the 1.5” low profile…
Purchased 2 of the 1.5” low profile supports. Both needed to have holes redrilled for the screws to fit in. If we didn’t have someone that could make the adjustments we would have had to return both platforms. We also had to cut off small blocks of wood to get the corners to match up. Need better quality standards for the price they cost. * additional note. I did not contact Sleep365 for help. I didn't have the luxury of waiting for any replacements. I needed to use the 2 beds. They did reach out and stated they would have offered to replace. They stated they found a machine that was miscalibrated during production. They offered a free gift for my trouble, which I declined.

The problem has since been corrected. We appreciate your resourcefulness in finding a solution, but we do wish you had contacted us first.
