Excellent service and kind delivery team

I found Raj to be cheerful, polite and thoughtful. The delivery service was the same which indicates to me this is a top down company that respects its employees- Everyone I either talked on the phone with or met in person ( ie delivery team, were happy and funny and kind. Service was great all around.

Dominic Reis the sales rep was super knowledgeable and gave us valuable advice. He was also very patient and allowed us to take our time trying all our options and helped us to understand what the best tension and configuration would be for us. The showroom had a good variety of models available for us to try. We found the perfect model to suit our needs.

Usually great experience but we were misinformed about the availability of a product after we paid in full for it. Were told it was in another rBay Area store and delivery would be swift. It would have been better if the salesperson either knew their stock better or even attempt to follow-up or even basically contact us first to inform that they had made a mistake. This indicated to us that there was no follow-up intended by initial salesperson or they simply forgot? . Second salesperson who we contacted after a week of waiting, and whom we usually do business with informed us that the item was never actually in the store, would be 6 or 7 weeks out for delivery. Not happy about the delays or having to chase the info ourselves. We thought we were better valued customers than that after spending thousands in this store. Sad experience. We really liked the local store.

We’ve purchased five mattresses, two bed frames, and countless pillows, sheets, comforters, and other bedding from SLEEP365 over the years, and we keep coming back for a reason! Richard is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He takes the time to answer questions and make sure we find exactly what we need, without ever making us feel pressured. The delivery team is equally wonderful—professional, patient, kind, and so accommodating. It’s rare to find a company where the experience is consistently excellent from start to finish. We love supporting SLEEP365 and highly recommend them!

I ordered two pillows a few weeks ago and only one showed up at my door. When I emailed support, I heard back right away, and it was just a matter of days before my second was on its way to me. I really appreciate how quick and painless Sleep365 made the whole process. Great pillows, too!
