I was excited to find a low frame bed mattress. Perfect low hight, with some air flow. Somehow the holes for the screws are not quite aligned, and so the frame is not quite straight because I could not screw it down completely. The manifacturer reached out and is sending a replacement frame, explaining 1 of their machine got out of alignment. They have good communication and good customer service striving for quality. The delivery was straightfoward and timely. Thank you

We investigated the issue with our manufacturer, who discovered that a machine had been miscalibrated during production. The problem has since been corrected. We will reach out to you directly.
