Great Costumer Service!!!!!!! Shipment was fast. Prompt notifications were provided. They even provided assistance with helping me set up my sound system!

Looking for a specific TV for a few weeks. Only back orders. Spoke with someone, told me they would ordered for me and they will shipped in around 2 weeks. 2 weeks later my new TV was shipped :)

No complaints! I did have to return my order because I ordered the wrong item (my mistake) and they refunded me with no problems. Everything went smooth. Would order from again.

My order was broken into two packages without any notice causing stress. I had no idea when I would get my entire order and spent timing emailing for an update.

I would had given 4 stars but need to communicate that due to the value of the shipment signature will be required upon delivery so the customer can plan accordingly. Even when i requested help, the “solution” was me to contact ups directly to rearrange delivery

They have great customer service. I placed an order for a Sonos speaker holder and upon receiving my order they called me to ensure that I was ordering the correct one. Thankfully they called because I had placed the order for the older model! I was very grateful for the call to get my order corrected! Will definitely order more from them!

I had never purchased anything from SKY Gramophone and only found out about them through a Google search for Cyrus audio components. I had some questions about Cyrus and they responded in short order. After doing more research, I purchased the Cyrus One bookshelf speakers, which were delivered promptly. I then ordered the Cyrus One amp and that arrived soon after. very pleased with Sky staff and service.
