Terrible bought what was claimed to be refurbished focal Bathys headphone. When the arrive they look great but they won't power one. Plug in try different adapt try everything DOA. CALL the they're response use factory warrenty why Thank you if I only wanted to be pawed off why buy from you at all!

The item had broken Bluetooth, I'm not able connect headphones to my device. The Gramophone Store not gonna accept the item during the 30-day window, they wait until the 30 days expire and after that, they answered my email my window of return closed. No one provided a shipping label during 30 days window of return.

Had a 4 package order, one of the packages was not received. Told me to contact USPS which I did but they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and sent me home with a delivery report saying they didn’t have the package and for me to contact the shipper (skybygramophone). I contacted support and they were useless. They told me they couldn’t help because the tracking info says delivered even though USPS literally provided a delivery report saying they don’t have the item. They refused an official document (nor did they even ask for it), and once I brought up the notion of filing a suit for small claims court and asked who to address it to, they completely stopped responding. HORRIBLE service. Take your business elsewhere.

Ordered on May 28th and just got it today June 12th. It took way longer to ship than the 3 to 4 days printed on your website and horrible communication without my having to reach out to you.

fix your Klarna interface. It's a MESS
