SKY by GramophoneReviews of skybygramophone.com

Great prices and service! Adam and Warren were very helpful all the way through the process.

They were super quick in getting my brand new Yamaha CD player to me. They participate with Rakuten and so I got 3% which was better than BestBuy or Amazon. In fact, they had a Memorial Day sale with additional 10% off.

Quick response product delivered in timely fashion thanks Gramophone!!!!!👌

Adam was great at communicating with me about shipping that seemed to be going in the wrong direction. All ended up good with the item arriving safe and sound.

Support was easy to access both by phone and email, responses were prompt and relevant and very helpful, and my issue with my new Rega Planar P8 was resolved satisfactorily. John was courteous and knowledgeable. The first time I called the help line was before the help staff arrived and even the friendly delivery driver who answered was surprisingly knowledgeable and helpful! Overall I am a very happy first-time customer of Sky-Gramophone!

The item had broken Bluetooth, I'm not able connect headphones to my device. The Gramophone Store not gonna accept the item during the 30-day window, they wait until the 30 days expire and after that, they answered my email my window of return closed. No one provided a shipping label during 30 days window of return.
