I checked our system using your name and can see that there were some warehouse issues with your order. Unfortunately, while we do our best to ensure a timely shipment, there are times that this becomes out of our control. International orders can run into issues and/or delays considering our warehouse is in the US. These are not excuses for your experience. I've certainly made note of this feedback and have shared it with the team so that we can work to improve. Fortunately, we're in the midst of implementing a new warehouse system and I'm confident that this will improve the overall experience for our Skybound Store customers. Unfortunately, our warehouse services had some major technical and inventory issues during the Black Friday Sales, which really affected the customer experience. Our support team was working hard to stay on top of the increased volume of tickets considering the live issues, but since we are a smaller team, it was difficult to respond in a timely manner.
