A mi hija de le encanta este sitio desde antes de cumplir los 7 años. Tiene unos toboganes chulísimos! Valorar como muy positiva la atención de una de las chicas que atendía las mesas de la celebración, LILI, quien, a pesar de la cantidad de niños que había que atender ese día en las mesas y del "lío" lógico, estuvo muy atenta con nuestra hija porque se "coló" el hermano de uno de los cumpleañeros y faltaba un "menú" y asiento para ella, a lo cual intentó poner solución de la mejor forma además de tener que estar "desbordada".

What a complete failure of an experience. After the Transformers Kickstarter was fully funded, my order was not fulfilled. When I started to dig into it 3 months ago, I was told it was taken care of. Fast forward to now, 10 weeks of back and forth with their “Customer service” sending me the same message copy and pasted over and over again. I’ve had to start the process with my CC to charge back the money for any type of resolution. While I’m sure the product is fantastic, if you are unlucky enough to have an issue, you are SoL. Avoid this company like the plague.

They have been terrible with resolving issues. I purchased the collectors edition of Invincible VS, put in hours to build up my level. One day out of nowhere, all my progress is gone. Back to 0. All the unlockables were no longer available. It’s been a little over a month since I reported this issue to customer service, and to this day, no solution and they stopped responding.

I backed a Transformers kickstarter project which was fully funded immediately. The project was due to ship in December 2025, and they state European orders were fulfilled in February 2026. It is June and I still have no sign of my rewards, and no update from Customer Service other than 'we are chasing our shipping agents'. No plan, no ETA, just the same fob off. I am now having to progress with my credit card company to get a refund. I wouldn't trust them or deal with them again.
