Reached out to get help for damaged comic books received from my comic book store. The comics are unobtainium so I asked Skybound if they could help get replacements because the comics are unobtainium. I got a ChatGPT response ending with "we will close this ticket for now". Not the warmest customer experience I had. I know it's not their fault (So I give 3 stars instead of 1) but I was expecting information on how to solve my problem.

Zamówienie ze skybound store szło do mnie ponad 3 miesiące: od początku lutego do końca maja :) utworzyłem 3 zgłoszenia, napisałem kilkanaście maili: 2x odpisali "błąd w systemie". Po drugim razie jakiś imbecyl wysłał mi zdjęcie mojej paczki na magazynie - przez kolejnych parę tygodni jej nie wysłali - poszło kolejne zgłoszenie, w końcu łaskawie wysłali, obiecali zwrot kosztów dostawy - znów cisza i nie odpisują. Żenada, oszuści i naciągacze. Edit: dziękuję za odpowiedź i takie pozytywne rozwiązanie sprawy, jednak szkoda, że dopiero teraz i po takim czasie, a wcześniejszych moich kilkanaście maili (z czego połowa została zignorowana) nie przyniosły skutku, bo obiecano mi po prostu zwrot kosztów przesyłki i nawet tego nie mogli pracownicy dotrzymać... Podwyższę ocenę dla zachęty do poprawy. Pozdrawiam.

I checked our system using your name and can see that there were some warehouse issues with your order. Unfortunately, while we do our best to ensure a timely shipment, there are times that this becomes out of our control. International orders can run into issues and/or delays considering our warehouse is in the US. These are not excuses for your experience. I've certainly made note of this feedback and have shared it with the team so that we can work to improve. Fortunately, we're in the midst of implementing a new warehouse system and I'm confident that this will improve the overall experience for our Skybound Store customers. Superb merchandise but international shipping is prohibitively expensive. I have contacted them about this but there has been no progress made yet, although they've been incredible from a customer services point of view. Probably flawless if you live in the U.S., but $40 shipping for a t-shirt and action figure to the UK makes it an expensive affair (particularly as, for me, anything ordered has always been hit by customs too).
