This product falls apart easy leaves razor burn on a scale of 1 to 10 and give it a zero the customer service sucks part showed up broken informed them about it and they told me too bad it was out of the timeline to fix it even though that I bought five heads with my Razor and didn't realize one was broken they told me tough luck will never buy from them again and have great pleasure in smashing this with a hammer beware it's junk Braun is way better made a mistake should have kept what worked for all these years so beware it's trash and cheaply made

I purchased a Skull Shaver Pitbull Platinum Head Shaver Electric Razor back in February 2019 & immediately fell in love with the product. It was great. It was easy to maintain, easy to use & gives you a great finish when you use it. In August that same year it broke & stopped working & it was replaced under warranty after going back & fourth with customer services. Now, less than 2years after the replacement was sent, my product has stopped working again. It doesn't charge anymore & doesn't turn on. I spoke to customer services who are adamant that they will not replace the product unless I take out an extended warranty. I reminded them that under the Sales of Goods Act that my product should last for a reasonable amount of time which for an electrical item is up to 6years, not less than two. If I had the time to put a claim in through the courts then I would go out of my way to prove a point but yet again another large corporation are trying to sell extended warranties to it's customers because their product is un-reliable & clearly is not fit to last for a long period of time. The only reason this review didn't get a 1star is because the product itself (when it's working) is great. Very disappointed with the customer service & Skull Shaver's view on this. The Sales of Goods Act was introduced to protect the consumer & an electrical item should last longer than 2years!! Not a happy customer as I spent over £100.00 on this product and I'm now being told the only way I can receive a free replacement is if spend a further £70.00 on an extended warranty or accept a 10% discount coupon code when purchasing another product. I understand everything has a lifespan but if an electrical item is expected to have a lifespan of at least 6years under The Sales of Goods Act then my product should be replaced free of charge or with a large enough discount to warrant use of product so in my eyes, at least 70% off, not 10%.

Broken after 3 uses. Contacted vendor via email, no response, it's been weeks. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

So I would be in the group of men thinking, how can any electric razor be as good as a blade? Especially when everyone’s heads are different shapes, mine is not egg shaped and has numerous ‘wrinkles’. Thus I took 6 months to finally pull the trigger. Honestly can’t say that I am disappointed, it actually gives a pretty darn good shave in less than half the time. I would highly recommend it and it meets all my needs / expectations.

I ordered a Pitbull Gold Pro. I am alway suspect when trying new companies. When my purchase was not here in a few business days and tracking said delivered. I emailed them. They got back to me in a couple days and said they will look into it. Couple days after that, they emailed me saying they are sending me another one that came in 2 business days! Got mines a week ago. So far so good!

Bought the skullshaver Pro about 3 weeks ago. My initial thoughts were, light and cheaply made. I put that aside and gave it ago. It wasn't to bad but not as close a shave as they said. Now its stopped working, won't charge and a waste of money iv sent 3 emails with no reply. Iv wasted, been jooped out of £80. Look else where it ain't worth it

Just ordered charging unit and arrived with rattling noise. Charged unit that did work now cant even turn on!!! Joke of an operation hopefully fraud unit handles accordingly. Customer service says limited staff but your not placed on hold. Too many complaints and refuse to answer

Went through three motor units in a year then the last one failed at 15 months they would not replace it! Save your money inferior product poor quality bad customer service.
